Letter received via email on 11/5/07 about an equipment installation
I want to thank you for the first comfortable night I’ve had in my house for months. When I first started to look for someone to help with our furnace, there were several companies that didn’t even bother to return my messages. From the first phone call, you took the time to find out what was going on and sent someone out to investigate. You made it very clear you were not out to just sell me a new furnace. You were genuinely concerned about my family’s well being. It is because of how you treated me during that time that I decided to come back to Trademasters to get my furnace replaced.
I spoke to [the office] about financing. That same level of personal service and consideration was shown from her. Then, with unbelievable speed, you got a new furnace and two gentlemen at my home. Both men were prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. They found several problems (frayed wires, bad thermostat, etc), maneuvered around construction supplies and even worked in limited light when we found that the light fixture in my furnace room had stopped working. Yet they refused to stop until we had heat. Now we have a great furnace. Even my husband made a comment about how he can’t believe how quiet the new furnace is and how the house is so comfortable. He’s a very hard sell. Your product even won him over. I was shocked by that!
I felt compelled to write this letter because all too often companies don’t have a human side to them. You do. I’m so glad I found your name! Please feel free to use this letter to show potential customers examples of your service.

Dear Dave,
I cannot thank you enough for the beautiful job done by [your technicians] this summer for my new central air conditioning system. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship was impressive. I still marvel at the ductwork and lead visitors in my home to the cellar to showcase their handiwork.
The integration of the gas boiler with the heat pump for heating is amazing. I have enjoyed energy savings by using the heat pump in cooler weather (above 35 degrees) and the boiler for colder weather (below 35 degrees). I am so impressed by the system that I am considering the same dual heat option for my upstairs in the future.
Thank you again for for a wonderful HVAC system. It is a dream come true for us. It is such a luxury after living without air conditioning for 19 years.

Once again your techs have impressed me! I checked the thermostat and it was blank. When I checked the circuit breaker, it had been tripped. I heard a bizarre clicking noise when I tried to reset it. My husband came home and checked the furnace and saw sparks coming from the circuit board when he tried to reset the circuit breaker. I called Trademasters the next morning. With unbelievable speed [The technician] was on my doorstep and diagnosed the problem. Not only did he do that, but he arranged for someone else to come out to set up my filters so that I had better airflow. [The technician] had my furnace up and running with a replacement circuit board that same day. My husband was impressed with how Eric answered every one of his questions with a knowledgeable answer. [Another technician] that came out to do the filter system...was also courteous and made absolutely positive I was happy with the work before he left. So once again I am thrilled with the work of your technicians! I have told anyone I know about Trademasters. Thank you so much for doing business the way you do!!!
